I work for The Gutter Guys in Bucks County, PA. I have been in sales with the company for 11 years. When I first started, I had just entered my 20s. I did not realize this was the start of my actual career.

I’m Buddy with The Gutter Guys in New Castle County, DE and I have been selling GutterGard™ for 7 years now. The thing I love most about this product is that I know I am selling something that actually works as advertised. Having the peace of mind that you are genuinely helping customers solve their problems is very rewarding, and I’m only able to do that because of the absolute confidence I have in our product.
Before transitioning to sales I was on the production side of things installing GutterGard™ for 2 years. This first and knowledge allows e to understand how important it is to not get call backs, which means I’m able to sell GutterGard™ with confidence that there will not be any. The rare occasions we get callbacks are never related to the design or function of the GutterGards™, but rather because the existing gutters and downspouts were not properly maintained prior to our arrival. I have really enjoyed selling GutterGard™ over the years and do not see myself selling anything else with as much passion and confidence as I do with GutterGard™.

GutterGard™ not only stops our customers from having to clean their gutters, but also protects their roofs, foundations, windows, doors and stucco. It’s the best feeling selling something you know not only does what it is supposed to do, but actually helps solve problems some people don’t even realize they are experiencing. The appreciation customers show after the product is installed, is amazing. Customer service isn’t a service when all of your customers are happy. Happy customers send referrals! I’m Ryan, and I have been working for The Gutter Guys in Delaware County, PA, selling GutterGard™ for 15 years. GutterGard™ has been installed on my own home for 13 years. It was actually the first project we did when we moved in.
I absolutely love selling GutterGard™. There are no downfalls for the customer which makes it easy to sell with confidence. Not only that, I could never live with myself selling a product like a screen or a helmet that doesn’t work and still needs to be cleaned. I sell GutterGard™ knowing for a fact I am helping customers and selling them something that works. It pretty much sells itself.
In addition to selling it, I now work as the sales and installation manager, so I am the one who oversees any complaints or concerns from customers. I have been doing that for 4 years now. We receive next to none callbacks, which is the main reason I really stand by this product. Knowing you are selling and providing a great product that actually works to a customer and getting nothing but great feedback is what it is really all about.
